Since opening our doors in September 2025, our mission has been to create a space where the Vero Beach community and beyond can gather for more than just a meal. Here, you can savor fine dining dishes, explore a wide variety of wines, and let the sounds of live jazz set the perfect backdrop for your evening.

A FAMILY AFFAIR

After retiring from the insurance business in Miami over five years ago, Mike and Maria Mendez made Vero Beach their home, and soon realized the town was missing a place that blended live jazz, fine dining, and an elegant atmosphere. 

​

To bring that vision to life, they teamed up with their son, Mike Jr. – a culinary school graduate who serves as our Executive Chef – and his wife, Alyssa, who supports with marketing. Together, the Mendez family is proud to share this one-of-a-kind experience with the community they have quickly grown to love.
