Since officially opening our doors in September 2025, our mission has been to create a space where the Vero Beach community and beyond can gather for more than just a meal. Here, you can savor upscale cuisine, explore a wide variety of wines, and let the sounds of live jazz set the perfect backdrop for your evening.

A FAMILY AFFAIR

After retiring from the insurance business in Miami over five years ago, Mike and Maria Mendez made Vero Beach their home, and soon realized the town was missing a place that blended live jazz, fine dining, and an elegant atmosphere. 

​

To bring that vision to life, they teamed up with their son, Chef Mike Jr. – a culinary school graduate who carefully curated our founding menu – and his wife, Alyssa, who supports with the front of the house and marketing. Together, the Mendez family is proud to share this one-of-a-kind experience with the community they have quickly grown to love.
